Ever heard about neuroplasticity - and the ability of our brains to change and adapt?  Here is a 2 minute item from Sentis on YouTube to help you understand it better.  Well worth a watch as it's the process by which you'll recover from pain!

And in this rubber hand experiment you'll witness just how quickly our brains can rewire and adapt. A 3 minute video which is quite amazing to watch, even if slightly circus-like!
